The summer school-conference with international participation 鈥淐ryptography and Information Security鈥� - a traditional event organized by the Cryptographic Center (Novosibirsk), the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok, and the organizers of the international Olympiad NSUCRYPTO - successfully ended in Kaliningrad. On August 30, the August Pedagogical Conference of Educational Institutions, the largest city event in the pedagogical environment, took place at the international exhibition complex Novosibirsk Expocenter. Deputy Director of the ICA T. R. Nasybullov spoke at the event as an expert.
The series of works by Yu. L. Ershov on the development of topology for discrete mathematics, which is presented in the monograph 鈥淭opology for Discrete Mathematics,鈥� was recognized as the best among the works of 20 outstanding mathematicians from Russia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Japan and the USA.
In addition to participating in panel discussions and communicating with scientists, technology entrepreneurs and representatives of leading scientific and educational centers in Russia, two MCA representatives made presentations at the forum.
Inessa Izotovna Matveeva, a scientist at the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok, head of the research group 鈥淒ifferential Equations and Dynamic Systems,鈥� won the competition in the 鈥淒octor of Science鈥� category.
The conference was held from July 16 to July 20, 2023 in Yakutsk. The conference was attended by 139 scientists from 12 institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 26 universities in Russia and universities in Kazakhstan, China, the USA, and Uzbekistan.
The summer school was organized by the Cryptographic Center of NSU with the support of the ICA and the North-Western Center for Mathematical Research named after. S. Kovalevskaya. 68 students from all over Russia, as well as from other countries - Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Vietnam - take part in it. The school will last until August 17.
During the first module, participants clarified the tasks formulated by customers, obtained intermediate results and outlined plans for further action. The second module of the Workshop will take place from July 19 to 24.
