Novosibirsk Circus
The building of the Circus in Novosibirsk is not just the building for a circus. Often it hosts the concerts of famous singers, stars of show business and a comedy show. Novosibirsk is not Moscow or St. Petersburg, but many important groups and celebrities come to the City on their tours. So do not forget to have a look at the posters. The Expocentre is another place where concerts are frequently organized.
Russian Banya
The banya, or baths, has been a favorite entertainment for the people of Novovosibirsk since the City's founding. It can be said without exaggeration that almost everyone in Novosibirsk has heard about the legendary Fyodorov's Banya. Choose any of 367 options: in the end, it is impossible to imagine Siberia without the banya, it is something truly unthinkable.
Recreation camps, trips to the countryside
The Novosibirsk region occupies a territory of almost 180 thousand square kilometers, where you can find quite a few interesting sights. When the local residents are tired of the crowded capital of Siberia, they often go to the countryside on the weekends. Fresh air and active entertainment help people get relief from everyday worries and bring joy. Within a 1 to 2-hour ride from the city and its suburbs 91 spa resorts and recreation camps for every taste are located. There are also some ski resorts, the most popular of which is Sheregesh. There is even a waterfall, don鈥檛 miss the Belovskiy Waterfall in Berdsk! Surrounded by towns and villages, Novosibirsk allows any city dweller to do such things as gather mushrooms and berries, go hunting and fishing, in other words, to do some of our grandparents' favorite things. Abundant forests in the area are very picturesque, Karakansky Forest, is just a couple of hours ride away from the City center.
